Test Cock Leak

Some causes are:

• The valve has failed
• Debris damaged the ball
• The plastic casing inside is damaged

The best way to repair this is to replace it.

Freeze Protection device

These devices wear out over time.  They can be repaired but the most cost effective solution is to replace the device.

Pressure Relief Valve

These devices wear out over time.  They can be repaired but the most cost effective solution is to replace the device.

Relief Valve Leak

This issue requires a state licensed plumber to fix.  We highly recommend that you get your unit tested after the backflow preventer is fixed.  YOU WANT A PASSING test report before you pay for the service.

• Debris in the #1 Check Valve
• The Relief Valve is failing

How to Correct it:

• Clean the #1 Check and flush system
• Replace the components inside
